    I have Fallout 4. Was working perfectly until I bought and downloaded the season pass. Now when I click to start fallout it has the message ,"do you own this game or app? Error code 0x803f8001"

    There is no way past this keeps coming up. I own the fallout disc. Bought a new disc thinking it was a disc issue. I am signed into the xbox account I bought the season pass with and Internet and xbox live working as they should. Xbox support tried many things
    none which fixed the problem

    Weird noise/ Wont recognize game

    I just bought Fallout 4 from Gamestop. When I tried to put it in my Xbox it wouldnt recognize the game. It just said make sure it is an xbox one game etc.

    Also now when i put the disc is there is a weird sound. It only happens with my fallout 4 disc, no others. I checked the disc and there are no scratches or any damages. Any ideas?

    Where did you purchase Fallout 4? If you bought the disc version of Fallout 4 and the Fallout 3 code has already been used, unfortunately we won't be able to replace the code.

    I think if you bought the disc version you should have a code it the game box.

    Hello! I bought The consol with fallout 4 cd at the time fallout 4 was relesed and I got the code for fallout 3 with it. Fallout 3 is an xbox 360 game from The start could that be a problem trying to download to xbox one?

    Makes no sence selling a box with fallout 4 to xbox one and a redeem code for fallout 3 to xbox 360 šŸ˜‘šŸ‘ˆ

    DLC 360 on One

    I have a fallout 3 problem myself. I have fallout 3 GOTY, my game disc does not read well on the one but the 360 it reads fine. the dlc disc of fallout 3 is fine and can read on the one.

    Because I preordered fallout 4 I got fallout 3 game itself for download but no dlc with it so I put in the dlc disc and the console installed the dlc no problem. I run the game and check downloads and none of the dlc shows up at all not even when I load
    the game but it's on my game manager as installed...
