The preview update last montj

The preview update for August ruined my Xbox one console I noticed at first choppy audio the the game quit working and sent me to dash I couldn't launch any games or even go to the games tab I did a factory reset to try to fix the problem I thought that
would fix it but no it didn't now it takes 15 minutes to start it then stays in a load green screen loop then gives me this error Imgur: The magic of the Internet idk what to do I do not have transportation I do not have a pc or printer and I do not have reliable
friends I have called Microsoft multiple times and they have not did a *** thing to help me I find it messed up that no one seems to help I just wanted to try the next gen out and it is sad when you have the console only a few months I got it in April of this
year and it breaks on me like wth am I supposed to do thanks alot for really nothing

October update

The October preview group is still getting new updates in the preview program. The latest one was last night. This will probably be the last update since it seems their are no known bugs in it. So probably by next week the Oct update will go live for normal users and us preview guys will get the Nov update towards Oct 20th or something.

This is just how the updates have been working lately.
