    The Presence switched with a different movie.


    So I tried buying this new movie from 2024 The Presence starring Lucy Liu and directed by Steven Soderbergh. When I try to play it a totally different movie called The Presence starring some unknown actors. IMDB said it came out in 2022. Different movie same title. I reach out to Microsoft support via live chat and they send me over to Xbox support. He read what happened and said to go to Xbox.com/refund and just write what I wrote. Different movie same title. Xbox denied me a refund sending me back to Microsoft support.

    I was sold a different product. A bait and switch. I see on Reddit someone else had the same problem with the same film. Hmmmm.

    I rented the real Presence on Amazon so I know Microsoft needs to get the stuff together and give me my refund or at least the real movie.

    also, why does power surge on my bars turn into thundering presence when i use overload? Is there an unwritten rule or a written one i missed somewhere? what if i didnt have thundering presence as an ability would it still switch power surge to it?

    Hi Eseronai,

    I would check the different display modes on the TV (like game mode, movie mode, etc) and seeing if you are having the issue when it is switched to normal/standard mode.
