The Predator Fandango Movie Ticket Promotion Was Never Received

Hey, I bought a Predator movie on the Xbox store during a promotional sale supporting the release of the new Predator movie. Upon purchasing Predator under the promotional category I was supposed to receive a promotional code to use on Fandango good for
one movie ticket priced up to $8 for The Predator, releasing this weekend. I have never received my code. I talked to support twice now and this is where I have been directed. Is there help out there for me? I hope so. Here is the link to the promotional rules,

Deadpool 2 Fandango Promotion

I bought Deadpool from the Microsoft store for the Deadpool 2 Fandango promotion that was held, and I still haven't received my code yet so I contacted xbox support and was redirected here for help.

 

Haven't received the $8 ticket yet

I purchased on of the eligible games on 3/19/16 for the Batman vs Superman promotion and still have not received my ticket. I read the terms for the promotion and there is no specifications for when I'll receive it. I thought it would be instant, can someone
please let me know when I can expect to receive the ticket since the movie will be out this week.

Thank you for the help but I already did contact Fandango Customer Support. This matter remains unresolved. I also contacted Microsoft Support. As you can see from this post, that is also unresolved. In fact, after talking to Microsoft multiple times they
are the ones who told me to post about it here. They said if anywhere could resolve my issue, it would be this very specific forum in which the technician actually linked me to. I posted here after following a link a Microsoft Support employee sent me in order
to further my assistance. Hell the more I type this out the more ridiculous this sounds. All over a promotional code from a legitimate promotion that nobody seems to know anything about.

Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to help with the issue, It looks like you never received your promotional code from Fandago that was supposed to be sent to your email. I did some research of my own and I was able to find something in regards to this issue.
I went online and searched around for this specific topic and I see the promotion that you are talking about. Here is the link to the

Promotion mentioned. Here are the steps they list on their website on how to qualify for that promotion.

How it works:

1. Puchase any of he participating titles on FandangoNOW between 9/11/18 - 9/24/18.

2. After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email from FandangoNOw within 48 hours containing your reward code.

3. Click the link contained in your email or go to: www.activaterewards.com/ThePredator

Follow the on-screen instruction to enter your code and redeem.

Now based on what I've read an email containing the code should've been sent to your email. If possible please check all emails that you have. As well as all folders including junk, spam, promotional. I hope you find this information useful.

Thank you for your response and playing super sleuth. I already know what promotion I bought in to. I have the links to the promotion, I have the link to the terms of service. In fact in the picture below you can see the link to the terms of service for
this specific promotion. Do a little better research please. I have talked to multiple people about this over the last few weeks and to no avail. I have basically been scammed by Microsoft and Fandango and have many email correspondence at this point from
both companies to prove it. Fandango and Microsoft just keep pointing the finger at each other. You guys are just scamming the little people.

 

Hopefully you'll get this issue resolved soon. I was actually thinking of going in for that promotion myself. Did the Xbox Support agents you spoke with escalate the issue for you at all when you contacted them previously?
