The power symbol on my Xbox 360 is blinking green

A few days ago I noticed the power symbol on my box keeps blinking. Now this is not the 1,2,3 or 4 blinking lights around the middle that are supposed to blink red if there's a system error. It is the green power light in the middle that just keeps on blinking
all day. Thing is, though, nothing seems to be working incorrectly. I can play any game, and any app, no problem at all.

I couldn't find the problem among the typical errors on he troubleshooting sections, so I'm hoping for answers here on the forum instead.

I am running low on memory on my hard drive, maybe that's the problem? BTW: My power supply is working perfectly fine.

Blinking green lights on my slim

On my Xbox 360 slim power button lights 1, 3, and 4 are blinking green. What does this mean?

 

my xbox 360 slim is not turning on

my xbox 360 console and adapter(power suply) has green light but still xbox isnt tuning on.controllers light is blinking but still the console isnt turning on.every help will be appreciated

 

The only problem i can read or tell is maybe the DVD Drive has a problem (4 lights flash when the disc tray is going to be open or close)

 

Hmm. Maybe that's what started this problem because the last 2 days it's said that I have no disc in the disc tray, and then now all of a sudden the power ring is no longer blinking and it said I have Battlefield 4 in the tray. (I haven't played on my Xbox
for quite some time, so I didn't remember that I had a disc inserted)

 

You can contact Xbox Customer Support to send for a repair. With the serial number of your console, they will valide with you if the console is on warranty, if not, they will give you the price it cost for a repair.

 

Hey Sablefun, there are a couple reasons why your Green Light is flashing.

1. The green console light will flash slowly when downloading in the background while it is off.

Reason: After you turn off the console, the console enters a low-power mode. The center of the power button on the console flashes green every four seconds until the download is completed. The other lights around the power button are off, and no images are
displayed on your monitor or television.

If you want your console to shut down immediately and not continue to download content in the background, you can turn off the background download option.

2. The System, is cooling down. That explains itself.
