At 3:06 p.m. on April 30 3017 I used 6,800 points to purchase one month of Xbox live. I was given the confirmation order number of #629179550185017, but it still has not posted to my account. I spent a considerable time talking with Xbox representatives
in attempts to rectify this situation. Please resolve this error.

Still have not received Alan wake, American nightmare, or quantum break windows codes

I called and did receive the refund 3 days ago. I am not saying this to flaunt it but to anyone who has tried but been refused, do not give up. I had played a whole 2% of the game at that point and did not really have the time plus, like the rest of you,
I pre ordered the game at full price because we would receive the other products as well.

Basically, I had never pre ordered a game before and had not payed full price for a game in at least a decade or more. I will probably not make the mistake of pre ordering again.

Yes Bing points do, as they are promotional points. Here is what the points say on Bing: "Restrictions: A maximum total of 64,000 Microsoft Points may be redeemed per Xbox LIVE gamertag through the Bing Rewards program. Promo code expires 6/30/2014, if not
redeemed in gamertag account. Once redeemed, Microsoft Points expire after 365 days if not used in the Xbox LIVE Marketplace."

As for my Rewards: Xbox LIVE Rewards Member since 2010-12-01, Points earned 1350

There have been rumors that points would be converted to actual cash value for a while. For those that have 30 or 60 points to spend, sign up for Xbox Rewards and Bing Rewards to earn more points to spend. You can have 5 accounts on Bing and earn 100 points
per day.

To answer your inquiry, unfortunately, using the chat functionality of the new Bing does not earn Microsoft Rewards points. Microsoft has confirmed that chat sessions within the chat tab do not count toward earning Microsoft Rewards points but that normal searches still earn points.
