    I bought a Series X months ago but still use my One X in a different room. I downloaded GTA5 on the One X from Gamepass but now can't open the game because "the person who bought this needs to sign in". There is only 1 person and one Microsoft account in the equation here, and that person(me) IS signed in. How do we fix this?

    I just started getting this problem just now too, I don’t have my series x set as my home console seeing as it’s my only Xbox and I’m the only one that uses it, tried to reboot with no change and did a full power cycle with no change…

    I just quit out of forza horizons 5 for like 1min and tried to relaunch the game and got the "The person who bought this needs to sign in" error.

    If you made the series x your home console then you need to be signed in online with the one x as you can only have one home console at a time
