"The person who bought this needs to sign in!!" Destiny

Ok XBO, what's happening? Ever since Destiny ROI has come out, my son and I have had nothing but problems with playing.

Here's the situation;

We have 2 different XBO's which we'll call A & B for this. 2 players, my son and myself. Xbox A is the main on which I am the primary account holder and all of our games pretty much start here.

Both A and B have been playing Destiny for a long time with Dad on A and son on B.

Rise of Iron comes out and both XBO's get the updates and everything looks good until Son launches ROI on B and he has no access. I log into B and I can play, no problem. Today I'm getting "The person who bought this needs to sign in" message on B when
he's the only one signed into it. Also, B is currently the "HOME" XBO.

I'd happily buy the game a second time to avoid this but I can't even do that as it shows it's already purchased and installed...

This was likely due to a service alert that was up effecting the ability to play downloaded games and apps. You should be able to use them now that the alert has lifted. If you continue to have this problem please post back.

Hello, today when I got home I went to play on my Xbox One but for some reason every single game I have installed from the store kept closing immediately and giving me the message "The person who bought this needs to sign in." I am signed in on the account
that bought the game on the same Xbox that I bought and installed the game on. I am not using a different account or Xbox. I have tried signing out and signing in, restarting the console, making the Xbox my home Xbox, reinstalling the games, and everything.
Please help this is driving me crazy I can't play any of my games that I have bought and installed from the store.

that purchased the game is set to home xbox to the console where you want to share. For example, you purchase the game on Account A and console A. Account B wants to play the game on console B. Account A should be set as home xbox on console B. I hope this
