    I was wondering as I know we can see the status of 360 players.

    If you haven been suspended you can go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why and to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you
    have done something to violate the code of conduct. You cannot be suspended just for receiving multiple complaints.

    As far as the other person, since you have reported them, the enforcement team will investigate them as well. Do not respond to them as that can unblock them.

    I would recommend trying to talk to the person and ask them to stop because maybe they are just looking for the attention.

    What Country do you live in?

    What make and model modem do you have?

    What make and model router do you have?

    Wired or Wireless connection to the console?

    If wireless, are you using any encryption? If yes, what type?

    Do you have one or more of these enabled? uPnP/DMZ/Port Forward?

    What is your NAT type?

    Any Error Codes you encounter?

    What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G?

    Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?

    Do you have the most current version of router firmware? You can check the manufacturer website for this information and compare it to your router information.

    Go to speedtest.net and run three tests; one close to you, one far from you and one in between. Then post your results here, including the ping.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. To see about submitting a case review on your suspension, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com You would need to file
    a complaint on the other user via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them as well.

    whats your bandwith or DL/Up (are you dsl/cable/fiber?) sometimes it might just be a port that needs to be opened or in some cases you might just need to get a new modem/router

    EDIT: but if your wireless you are losing too many packets, i rec. using wired (you get way better speed that way anyway)
