    so i tried many options, looking it up on the internet, support on xbox.com and nothing. i tried removing my card and it wouldnt let me. tried to remove it on my console and it wouldnt let me. says i have to pay my services thats overdue and yet i have a
    pending bank statement for $15 to xboxlive services and nothing. tried to pay through the store and "the payment option on an existing subscription has been declined and is blocking this purchase" always comes up with any method i tried. on pc, it says "all
    set" and gives me false hope that it works but ill click on over to servicesand subs and nope, still the red messeges are there. please help

    I just tried to purchase 1 month of Xbox live gold and I received this message,

    The payment option on an existing subscription has been declined and is blocking this purchase. On your Xbox, go to Settings. Or go to account.microsoft.com/services to fix this problem.

    The only subscription I have is a free 2 week trial of Xbox game pass,

    Any ideas?

    same and i bought a $15 xbox card and it still didnt work i also removed all the other ways to pay (like my credit card) and it still said the same thing. and its kinda stupid how it dosent tell you what to do in your settings.

    Omg. I just want to plsy my game. The same thing is happdning to me. It says i have a payment pending from ecactly 1 month ago. Whats happening??! How do i fix this. It was sorking only a couple hours ago. I checked. There was plenty of money in the account
    last month and there is today. So WTF?!??

    PLEASE HELP

    Does this page have an amount in red and "pay now" under it? https://account.microsoft.com/services/

    If so, you need to pay that overdue payment before you can buy more membership or cancel the recurring membership; more payments will not be taken in the mean time.

    This payment must be made with a credit/debit card and can't be paid with currency cards.
