    The Paladins Punch Card Isn't Updating The Purchase DLC Task.


    This month in the Microsoft Rewards app, there's a Paladins Punch Card where the 2nd task says "Purchase the Paladins Sacred Wolf Pack or a minimum of 200 Paladins Crystals".

    Last night I decided to purchase 400 for the festive chests and the task but trying to activate the punch card just brings me to the Microsoft Store to try and purchase the wolf pack. Is there anyway to fix this problem so I can complete the card?

    Thanks for coming to he Xbox forums. There are some tasks that take a while to update, and don't show that they are done but they are. If you continue to have issues you can go to the

    Microsoft rewards support     and submit a ticket.

    I bought the expansion pass via the punch card after it was live and it hasn't counted that either. I'm also hearing issues where the individual DLC was purchased and the punch card isn't updating either.

    How long does it take rewards to update?

    Actually you need to post in the Rewards Support forum now. Punch cards are updated within 96 hours of completing a purchase. I have completed the Games on Demand punch card and have 20k credits pending.
