The Outer Worlds Xbox Game Pass on Windows 10

I have had this issue since launch. I download and install The Outer Worlds I play it for a few hours and all seems great. I log into my pc the next morning and I can't play it because It is DOWNLOADING THE WHOLE GAME AGAIN! This is a huge disappointment
not just because the game uninstalled on its own but because I have 768k internet, it takes over a day to download the game. So it installed again, the saves were gone. Whatever no big. So I started over and played for like 6 hours. The next day IT IS
DOWNLOADING THE WHOLE GAME ONCE AGAIN because it was uninstalled (by nobody). Frustrated I let it download for a couple days and I play again. This time it worked for almost 2 weeks. Now I go to play it today and see that its DOWNLOADING THE WHOLE GAME
AGAIN!! I had checked every time the folder which it is being downloaded to and the data that was there and downloaded from the previous download but the data isn't there. This is not acceptable. I am paying a premium price to play a game on my PC for a
better experience than PS4 but it's becoming more of a hassle (time=money) I've spent more time downloading this game than I make in an hour. I have a decent PC setup AMD Ryzen 2700X (no oc) Radeon RX 5700XT (no oc) Gskill 3200mhz cl14 2x8gb ram, Crosshair
VI Hero 370X mobo Sam Evo 850 512gb primary drive, 2x 512 Sam Evo 850 drives I use for installing games on, and 3x 4tb mech drives that I use for media storage, and 1 4tb mech drive to install games on. The Outer Worlds is the only game I'm experiencing
this with. Forza H 4, Halo MCE, Gears 5 all are fine, never had an issue. But THE OUTER WORLDS is driving me crazy with all of the times it's uninstalled and reinstalled on its own. Please help.

However its my Xbox one console that fails to install the Outer Worlds game, not windows 10 & PC.

Can you attach a copy of your network speeds?

768k is not a very good standard of internet. The internet speeds are much faster nowadays as some countries are up to 1GB of speeds.

The copy of the network stats should provide some insight as to what is happening.

Try resetting the Microsoft Store and Gaming Services app. Go to your Settings app and, under Apps and Features, locate the Microsoft Store app. Click on it, then press Advanced Options, then Terminate, and then Reset. Repeat this with the Gaming
Services app too. Restart your PC and try to install the game again.

Outer worlds is included in game pass. Problem solved.
