The Outer Worlds started crashing today in game pass for PC version. Any hotfix coming?

see if nvidia site have a release date for the software, if so by your version you can know more or less when it could have been instal...

wow crazy thiing, right now i went to amd site to check date and they defeetly had something wrong with the software Radeon adrenalin ver 19.10.1 cuz they took it of the site, now jumps from ver. 19.9.2 dated 23/9/2019 theres no vers. 19.10.1 and they just
added the ver. 19.11.3 dated 18/11/2019

i just know that 19.10.1 existed cuz i still have the downloaded file on my pc... maybe i will try and see if the new version fix the problem

so AMD guys, radeon adrenalin ver. 19.9.2 works great (at least for me) and theres a new version to if you guys want to try

Actually no I have not tried that yet I am not that familiar with Event Viewer that is however something I haven’t tried so I will definitely be looking into it to at least try to diagnose the problem

Have you tried checking your event logs to see what might be causing the crash so you can start working on the solution there?

GAME FIX FOR ME at least..

Ok, so this is what I did to stop the game crashing. I start the game and am at the menu screen, I alt tab and then ctrl alt del and start task manager. You will see 2 Outer worlds are running. I stopped the one that was at 0% resources. Went back to the
game and was able to play for as long as I wanted without any further crashes. So anyway, that is what worked for me.

Worked for me as well. Thanks. I was having the same problem running the game in Win 10 using game pass. Random crashes back to the desktop without warning.
