The Outer Worlds saves not syncing

I think I've found what the issue is as well as the solution. A big thanks to Pete._.M for the help on this one. Couldn't have done it without them.

When you install the game, it creates a local game save folder and uses that by default. It is syncing cloud saves, but the local saves take priority and the cloud save is ignored. Found, what I think, is the solution on this. Steps Below.

1. On the machine having issues syncing, go to C:\Users\YOURUSERHERE\Saved Games Delete the Outer Worlds folder.
   
2. Reboot the machine.
3. Sign into game pass on the other machine, launch Outer Worlds, load into your most recent save, quit game.
   
4. Go back to the problem machine, and launch Xbox beta and then Outer Worlds

The most recent save should be pulled down from the cloud. This worked for me, hopefully it will work for you too.

The documentation does not seem match the functionally - Every time you log into Outer worlds on a machine - it has a "gaming UI" pop-up screen that says "Syncing Data, should be done soon" - this is the save games syncing.

I haven't played THe Outer World yet so I don't know about save limit, by the way, when you delete local saves they come back due to Cloud Sync, I think that you must find a way to delete the saves on Microsoft servers.

Are you trying to sync The Outer Worlds across different PCs or are you just playing on one PC, and it gets stuck on syncing? If you go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking what does it say for "NAT Type" and "Server connectivity"? I mention specifically
for The Outer Worlds because the PC and Console versions of the game are different and not Play Anywhere, so console to PC syncs would not happen regardless. They should for Gears and Ori (I think Ori, not 100%, though).

I'll try and put it in steps and hopefully that will clear up any confusion.

1. I download and play the game on Computer A

2. I download the game on Computer B, and my cloud saves are there

3. I go back to Computer A and my saves from Computer B are there, YAY!

4. I go back to Computer B and my cloud saves are no longer syncing.

So my saves manged to sync the very first time I installed and ran Outer Worlds on Computer B, but after that...nothing. And I've tried uninstalling/installing the game on Computer B again and it still won't sync.
