sorry to hear. In your case I would first check the System like this:

System File Checker (SFC): You have to run it from the command prompt with administrator privileges.

The application checks all system files and then immediately starts an attempt to repair found bad files. In any case, SFC records all the results so that you can alternatively replace the damaged data yourself.To use the scan program,:

Open the command prompt as an administrator:

1. Go to Windows Search from the Start menu (Windows icon).
2. Type "cmd" and then right-click on the entry "Prompt".
3. Select the "Run as Administrator" menu item.
4. Now insert the following command line into the command line: sfc /scannow
5. Confirm your entry by pressing Enter to start the verification process. Leave the command prompt window open until the check is complete and SFC has notified you of the results.

If (after reboot) this does not help, some further advice which may solve your Problem:

• Is your system really uptodate (please check Windows update and also the Store App).
  
• Check if all 4 XBOX Services and the 2 gaming service are running (via taskmanager).
  
• Check your hard disk via scandisk and chkdsk /r.
• Try to use another DNS (for example goggle/opendns)
• Reset your Modem & Router by switching OFF and ON
• If this all fails "Try it with a clean boot"
• Please try to install this games via the store. If this does not work try it via the xbox webside.

It definitely has them. I just purchased the game through Epic Games store and cancelled my Game Pass.

None of this helped. Thanks for the reply, though.

For now, Outer Worlds doesn't have HDR support not on Pc, not on Xbox.
