The out of hand ban

Yesterday someone sent me a msg saying I was trash. I responded with an F U! And proceeded to ask how a 5v3 (we had 5) ended with a 2v1 (only me left) in Rainbow Six. And today I got banned. 2nd time this has happened. Someone talks trash to me, I respond
and I get banned. Last time it was because someone team killed me and I asked wth?! I got banned. I'm tired of these kids talking trash, but can't take it when you trash talk back & they report you. I never start the interaction, but I get banned. It's
hard enough being a chick gamer & I have to stand up for myself often, but now having to deal with these sensitive minors who cant deal with someone calling them out?! So over it.

Communication ban out of hand!!!

is it just me or is xbox live giving communication bans like candy!!!!. I got on my xbox tonight and got a 2 week ban!!!! For not even saying anything wrong!!!!! This is the 2nd time!!!!!! I can pull out a conversation against a guy where I was called a
fagget, queer, nob gobbler, and many more insults over 20 times in 30 minutes and yet he never got a communication ban. But a guy sends me a messaged saying I'm a bitch at hockey so I reply love gaming and btw get better stop feuding against players!?!?!?
What the hell xbox live!!!! This has gone too far. And btw I am not aloud to appeal this decision. Since when is that fair!?!?!?!

2) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned.

3) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

4) Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

7) If someone is making offensive remarks to you, do not reply back to them. Report and block them.

Xbox Live is rated E for Everyone even when playing an M rated game, since the Mature rating applies to the single player component of the game. If you don't follow the rules and retaliate you get suspended. This isn't rocket science or brain surgery, DON'T
RETALIATE just report, block and move on.

If that is too hard for you expect to be banned several more times before your account gets taken away permanently.

 

You can retaliate,it's how you retaliate that's the key.If you do it in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk being suspended.

Just report & block anyone harassing you over live & they'll be the ones getting suspended,not you.
