    I just bought a physical copy of The Orange Box(Half-Life). Over at the Microsoft

    site     it says that The Orange Box is Xbox One X Enhanced & that it can be played in
    4K.

    However, when I go into settings the resolution is locked at
    1080p    .

    When I go into options to change it, it says that it can only be changed from the Xbox 360 console settings. Opening the guide only gives the usual two X Box One X options, performance or graphics. It makes no difference what I set it to, it's still
    locked at 1080p not option for 4K. My TV is 4K & runs other games & videos in 4K but not this one.

    Is there a fix?

    Did you check to see if there is a download to add the enhanced graphics?

    it is playing in 4k, there is no in game setting for it

    if you have the x setting when bringing the 360 menu up its running the enhanced version on graphic mode

    Being Xbox One X enhanced, doesn't mean that there is a resolution change.
    Understood.

    It's just that the official Xbox enhanced game list page and the entry in the game store itself mentioned the game as 4k.

    They could correct this by removing that notation.
