The Orange Box game is unavailable

Hello,

I have an issue while trying to buy The Orange Box game to my Xbox Series S.

Despite that fact that game is having backward compatibility - I can’t buy it. Whatever from my console or from Xbox360 marketplace. I saw the similar question -the answer was to try buy it from Xbox360 marketplace, but it’s also unavailable. I have the following error message:

Just tried to use your solution - unfortunately the same result(

But now I’m seeing infinite spinning logo, without any error(

My account is registered for Russia country - could it be a root cause?
