    The option to customize my gamerpic is not offered on my account. Please help (Xbox serie 1)


    I have tried following the steps on my laptop through the browser and through the xbox app but no where does the "customize" option offered when attempting to change mygamerpic... Only option is the general offered pics. I would like to be able to upload my own picture which is saved to my laptop and ready to go.

    Please help

    You can only change to a custom gamerpic on an Xbox console or through thr Xbox app on mobile.

    Good question. I'm sorry but the option to customize a gamerpic is for the adult account alone only. Child accounts are not eligible for custom gamerpic.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Child accounts are not able to upload custom gamerpics. Please refer to this support article : Changing
    your Xbox One gamerpic

    As for your epic account, all troubleshooting for epic accounts should come from Epic. Here is there support site : Epic Games Customer Support

    I know it's kinda obvious, but it's the first place we can start.
