    Hi Trey,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue with system OS. You can try a
    factory resetand
    offline update. These are the only ones that will redo the OS. If you cant get into the menus
    then you would need to do an offline update unfortunately.

    Phone Xbox customer support and explain the situation to them. Hopefully they can assist you in getting a replacement disc.

    Call around to your local video game stores and see if they have a resurfacing machine. The Play N Trade near me fixes discs for about $3.

    Put your account as xbox home, if you havent done this, do so. If you dont know how to do it, there is a YouTube tutorial.
