I haven't heard of console replacement myself, however, if you can't eject your disc, there is a manual eject on the side of the console. You will need a paper clip, and can find the steps here:

Multiple disks in drive/ will not eject

Xbox One has been having problems reading discs. I usually eject and reinsert the disc till it starts to read. Today, my disc wouldn't read, so I hit eject and it just made noises. I reset my xbox, didn't work. I looked up the manual eject, and I bent the
paper clip from pushing too hard. For some dumb reason, I decided to shove another disc in the drive, and see if I could use the manaup eject on that. Bent a paper clip again, and now I have two discs stuck in my blu Ray drive and I'm kinda panicking right
    now.

    Pease help! -Colton

If it's out of warranty, there is unfortunately nothing you can do, other than replace the console entirely or be left to your own devices (at your own risk).

You can call 1-800-4MY-XBOX to see if a customer rep can give you a little leeway, but there's no guarantees.

There's no Xbox One product recall as far as I know. I don't think there has ever been a recall (yet?).

    Manual eject not working.

    Hi CeruleanRug333,

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. When you're following the manual ejection instructions from our support article,

Manually eject a disc from Xbox One
, you should be able to get the eject to trip so long as you're using a large paper clip. I've tried this step before using a standard smaller paper clip and it doesn't work as its a smaller gauge of wire. Are you using
the correct paper clip size or a smaller one by chance?

If you're using the recommended size of paper clip and you're still unable to get the disc to eject, then you may need to

set up your console for a repair
to get the disc out safely and get the eject function restored on the console. I would not recommend trying to take the Xbox apart as this may void any warranty on it or cause further damage.

I hope that this information helps you out and am crossing my fingers for you!

How to eject a Game-Disc when you eject button is broken?

    Hi!

If the button is broken, you can eject the disc manually with a paper clip into the eject hole located on the left side of the console, as specified on the

    guide
    .

    Xbox one S troubles

    Hi ZenisuChan,

Have you used the paper clip method? If not then instructions are found on this

Manually eject a disc from Xbox One
    support page.

If there is a disc stuck in there, this is the way to get it out.

Good luck, let us know how you get on :)
