they know Microsoft is mentally challenged and will ban anyone!!!!!! I report people all the time for cheating and I never see anything done about it and more and more cheaters keep popping up but nooooooooooooo I stand up for myself from the toxic pieces
of **** on xbox and I get banned. yall make my move to pc gaming that much easier but still someone needs to call these natzis out.... theres a block and mute button so why am I getting banned for services I paid for? whoever came up with this policy should

It is not the only way. Even if the phone number is not up to your standards, or if it is not "official means" (If it wasn't official, Microsoft wouldn't post it on their website) it is still a way to contact them. vT Kealan did not ask if it is official,
just asked if there is another way.

I'm not sure where you've seen it, but I've never seen that number listed anywhere on Microsoft's site. If it was meant to be used as a way to contact the enforcement team, it would be listed on the enforcement site.

It is deep into microsoft.com. Do not report Xbox forum posts if they do not contain profanity or I will need to reach out to the enforcement team myself. Every time I post something, you come and say "Oh well this is not official" or whatever. You need
to stop. I would message you but you never reply.

What Smwutches is saying is that may be a phone number for the enforcement team but it is not one that would be used for use when you have an enforcement action against your account.

That is probably a number for internal use only and the only Official way to have the enforcement team reinvestigate a suspension is to go through filing a case review on their website.

And like Smwutches i would like to see that Official Microsoft website that shows that number for the enforcement team.

Simply put if you follow the code of conduct Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers You will never have to worry about being suspended.

What I find funny is all these people that come up with the excuse well the other person started it why cant i retaliate.

Words are just words they can not hurt you in any way unless you let them if someone was cursing at me i would laugh about it.

If someone said i was really bad at a game I probably was I'm there to have fun and if other people think im really bad at a game oh well as long as i am having fun they are entitled to their opinion.

But I still follow the rules because i have invested way to much time and money into my account to get it banned for something stupid.

Please do not reference the Enforcement Team to the hitler regime, in which millions of innocent people were killed. Anyway, this isn't history class, the only way to get a ban lifted is to submit a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com/casereview/.
Any kind of language like this may have been what resulted in your ban but I am not sure since I am not enforcement. Before you ask no there is not a phone number.
