    Hello!

    My Xbox is acting up quite a bit right now!

    Ever since I had recieved the NXOE Dashboard for my Xbox One, it's been *VERY* unstable.

    Half of the time, I'm either unable to sign in, or even connect Xbox Live! All of my games and apps keep crashing, and because I can't sign in (along with all of the normal glitchiness!), I can't really access the preview program to sign out... Is it possible
    that a Microsoft employee could manually remove me from the preview program?

    The nxoe beta still has the bc but thats not the main focus since nxoe is the new dashboard

    Please be sure to post any questions/comments regarding the preview program to the preview forums.

    In the meantime, if you would like to remove yourself from the program you can do so from the dashboard preview app.

    Same thing happening to me. Cant even use the Xbox one....useless at this point. I cant even go in and turn off the xbox preview dashboard now.

    Yup my Xbox is acting up freezing all the time, can't capture video or screenshots without going into meltdown destroying my chance of carrying on a game for which i wanted to record a clip of.

    Preview Dashboard freezes and just wont work, if i select registration to change my subscription it freezes.

    I appreciated that the early builds for NXOE would be a little buggy more alpha than beta i guess, but it stated that there would be updates twice weekly and so far there was the first build on 3rd Oct and a very quickly released update on the 5th Oct then
    nothing.

    If Microsoft can't run an efficient Preview Programme then maybe they should just scrap the whole idea and concentrate their energies and resources into areas where gamers will see real benefits.

    Sorry but I was a Windows 10 insider who didn't get the last build and my operating system crash so got skanked on my promised Windows !0 copy and now as a Xbox One Preview Programme member I'm stuck with an Xbox I have to restart all the time for several
    different reasons and errors.

    I just want to play, please let me Microsoft I'll be good I promise The NXOE Dashboard is unusable. :)

    As onyx has stated, please direct any preview program queries through to the forums he has linked. That is the place to go for support relating to the preview program and the latest update The NXOE Dashboard is unusable. :)

    If you can't access that forum, please say, and a support agent will be able to get you access
