    The Next XBOX


    Most said the same thing: 4k + 60fps. Would that alone be enough? Remember that modern consoles are more than just video games: they are entertainment platforms. I want more than improved graphics: I want a more intuitive system, less hardware susceptible
    to problems, longer controls and customization ... And so on.

    Personally not a lot over Xbox One X. 4k 60fps is going to be standard for a while and 8K TVs are just being announced. It will genreally be improved all round and probably support Direct X 12

    To all the people saying 4K 60fps will be a minimum.

    When has there ever been a minimum fps in console games?

    Its up to the developer to decide how they use the power, if they would prefer to make the game look prettier and run at 30fps then they will.

    Also, don't you think 60fps is a little bit wasted on a game like XCOM 2 or Halo Wars 2?

    An article came out not long ago rumouring 2 different versions of the next gen console. One high powered disc based version and one mos cost effective streaming based version. I am all for the one with the more juice!

    Apps, Apps, Apps and more Apps is what I want.



    Also Facebook, myspace, twitter, google-, linkedin, msn and I want Kinect to track me wherever I am in my house, even in the shower.



    Actually I'll just have good games thanks. :p

    Heres one for a change within this subject----------------

    What would be your personnel priority for the new xbox??? Would it - Sound graphics/ more apps/ more gaming media coverage etc................................

    For me personnelly I'd like it for what i believe it was meant for - Pure gaming and not for an entertainment system as i don't use the xbox for facebook/music/downloading movies-I have a laptop for this. I would like more in gaming coverage and alot less
    on on advertising etc.

    Are you saying, that they are going to release Halo 4 on November 6 for a console that isn't available for another 3-4 months after?
