    So the newest update just deleted all profiles on my xbox for no good reason. When turning the console back on its acting like it did when I first bought it... now I literally have to set everything back up. This is so annoying, why is this happening?

    The Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 has the newest driver (there's no firmware update in Xbox Accessories app) and the Xbox Series controller has the newest firmware (updated via Xbox Accessories app). Didn't help.

    I would just follow the link I provided, follow the instructions for putting the newest update on a Xbox 360 formatted USB drive, and see if the newest update will correct the issue.
