this is so stupid I pay to play xboxlive and I can get my communications taken away I'm done with Xbox switching to Sony not gonna pay for Xbox live and have these ****ake **** that I pay for away because some snow flake got his feelings hurt by me

Xbox 360 error code: 3F4A42FE1380267FC0000185

I'm trying to sign into my new XboxLive account. This is the first time I have done this in my new house so it's asking for our internet information. Once the XboxLive connects the system props me to update the system and it begins updating. After approximately
2-minutes it stops and the screen shows Update failed; "Can't process the update. If the problem persists, go to www.xbox.com/support." With a Status Code: 3F4A - 42FE - 1380 - 2670 - C000 - 0185. Please advise.

Regarding The Suspension System

The enforcement system works just fine.

I've been on xbox live since it began & have never had any type of enforcement action.It's not difficult to follow the simple set of rules everyone agrees to.

You do not own the games,you pay for the license to use those games & that license can be suspended or revoked at any time,something else everyone agrees to.

If someone tries to bait you into responding & you do so in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then that is completely down to you.

I've had people try to get a response from me,i just reported them & blocked them.Simple really.

There's over 55 million xbox live users & 99% of them have no problem with the enforcement system so to say it's one of the most hated features on xbox is just untrue.

Would hate to think xbox live would be like without the enforcement system.

There's nothing new. The system has been the same since Live started.

It is possible that you unknowingly about a modded 360. There has been a clean up on XboxLIVE of those type of consoles. A while back XBL released software over XBL to dectect those type of systems, but a small percentage of people

The new update killed TWO of my hardworking xbox 360 pro 20g. My son and I have had these systems for years. several attempts to down load update failed then finally updated. then every 5-10 minutes kicked from xboxlive and had to sign into profile again.
I did all the suggested things YES ALL nothing made a difference. Never had any issues with our old systems until I attempted the update. finally gave in and purchased a new xbox 360 250g s for my son I already had one. No problems with the new systems.
My guess is the old systems cant handle all the dashboard updates. xboxlive you have murdered two systems admit it. They will tell you its a hardware issue. LIARS. But I still love xboxlive that's why I have three xbox slims.

The only option you would have is to create a new XboxLive account. You cannot change the age associated with the XboxLive account..
