Does the system come bundled with an adaptor for the Kinect?

Hello, I want to tranfer the games of the old xbox one to the new xbox one s. The idea is sell the old xbox one and follow with the same games in the new xbox one s.

No. You'll have to get an adapter to plug it in via USB. Once they're available, you can request the adapter for free if you already own a One here -

So I'm going to have to pay if I trade the xbox one in for an xbox one S as u need all 3 devices registered to apply for the adaptor.

 

Technically you only need the serial numbers. So you could probably just write them down before hand. But I don't know for sure.

 

I'm seriously considering buying an S for myself. I actually discussed it with my wife this morning. I have to get her approval first lol.

I'll only get it if the Kinect works properly and only after the adaptor becomes available. I won't pay for it though.

 

I like the looks of the S model. I have only had my One for a year so I don't know if I will get the new model for at least a while.

 

Is there support for hdmi-cec in the Xbox one slim? I could kinda see Microsoft assuming that everyone had older televisions when they released the first xb one. But this is heated to 4k televisions. There's not a 4k TV on the market that doesn't support
hdmi-cec.

 

I guess I am getting an Xbox One S at some point. My wife wants one for the main room and a 4k TV. She loves mine and with the S playing 4k blu ray and streaming 4k content and stuff I guess that is a viable option. Just going to wait for the 500gb since
not a whole lot of gaming will go on it.
