The New Xbox Experience has appeared to have messed up my xbox

i was a part of the preview program and had the New Xbox Experience but it appears to have messed up my console. I opted out of preview and have the old experience back but it is still kind of messed up. Gamer pictures, backgrounds, videos, clips, screenshots
and dashboard colours will not load . I have tried every troubleshooting method possible (hard reset, mac address change or something ) and it still won't work. The problems only started after a opted out and got back the old dashboard. Also when i had the
New one i could not play certain games, destiny was unusable past the title screen.i Don't know what to do any more and i cant get on preview forum it just says group not found.

I still have not played it amazon messed up my order soooooooo excited to play it ,held off on the Xbox 360 version wanted the best Xbox experience ;-)

That is pretty unsettling. This whole mess has been my first experience with Xbox LIVE support, so I didn't know if that was out of the ordinary or not. If you have the ability to look it up, that interaction did have an SR number associated with it, and
phone reps I have spoken to since have confirmed that notes were made for that call.
