The New Xbox App- No Network Section?

Are you able to sign in on the Xbox Console Companion App or the Xbox (Beta) app? The Console Companion app has a section under Settings > Network (in the app) that will let you know the network status and if there are any issues connecting to Xbox Live.

Press the Windows key + I to open the Windows Settings app.

Go to the "Network & Internet" section.

Select "Status" in the left menu.

Scroll down to the "Network reset" section and select the "Reset now" button.

If none of these steps work, you may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app. To do this, follow these steps:

Press the Windows key + I to open the Windows Settings app.

Go to the "Apps" section.

Scroll down to the "Apps & features" section and locate the Xbox app.

Select the Xbox app and choose "Uninstall".

Once the app has been uninstalled, visit the Microsoft Store and search for "Xbox".

Select the Xbox app and choose "Get" to install it again.

Let's try running the Xbox console companion app first not the Xbox app, sign in to the Xbox Console companion app, and kindly ignore the prompt to use the new app. Try launching or installing the games by going to the games section.
