The new Rockstar Energy car-pack doesn't show up in game, despite saying that I own the ...

I've purchased the car-pass for Forza Horizon 3 and the other car-packs works fine, but the new one won't show up in game. I've tried restarting Forza and the store many times, but that doesn't work. How do I install it in the game?

Forza Horizon 3 PreOrder Bonuses

The Rockstar Energy and Meguiar's Car packs were indeed pre-order bonuses. However, those packs are
not for Forza Horizon 3. You receive the car packs for Forza Horizon 2 (Rockstar Energy Car Pack) and Forza Motorsport 6 (Meguiar's Car Pack) so you'll want to check those games for that content. For further information regarding that, you

Let us investigate this further, have you tried checking the updates for apps and games from Windows Store then restart the game?
