The new enforcement system is flawed promotes bullying and abuse

I have been on xbox live since the beginning. I have never had problemms with enforcement until last year and just now. I was suspended for what reason exactly? You should at least provide the reason other than communications. Can I have evidence of
the specific thing i did/say to get suspended? I help people on xbox whenever they need anything whether its games, bugs/glitches, or just help making it a better place as you put it. Why am I being singled out? No one should be suspened for a single conversation
or text. The only way I was suspended is that a group of people didnt like that I texted their friend so that friend got his/her friends to all report me. This is bullying and promotes the abuse of the enforcement system. Enforcement United is making this
worse by allowing anyone to volunteer and further the bullying of people they dont like/ have problems with. I dont want to hear that this isnt possible because I have witnessed people ganging up on 1 player they didnt like and all reported him for the same
thing, then said player got suspended. The enforcement system is really flawed.

Harrasment

If someone harrases you on xbox live just report that person or block him from further abuse.

In case of cyber bullying contact your local law enforcement

Xbox Live Rep is a flawed system easily open to abuse. Nobody take anything about it seriously, or takes any notice of it. Creating a new account because you have a bad rep is both a waste of your time and effort.

you suspended by encouraging players to file many complaints. This is completely untrue.

A certain volume or frequency of complaints doesn’t guarantee a suspension. They take an evidence-based approach to enforcement and take numerous factors into account when considering issuing a suspension. The context around the content or activity is particularly
essential and drives the decision-making process.

If you Won... let your skills shut him up.. always a Mute option... reporting a player can be abused... immagine the same player screming Reporting you for nothing... Rep System was Flawed and overly Abused... on to the new XB1.. get used to the better System

Yeah that's the baked reply but that's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a solution, I'm not looking for "sorry, there's no solution to people bullying you on Xbox, Xbox is just going to let it happen forever". There has to be a solution and we need to figure this out as a community. It can't be true that the Xbox enforcement team is just some nameless impenetrable monolith that will allow abusing their systems for bullying forever.

A lot of people on Xbox do this.. they bait you into argument. Once you argue or send them back an aggressive message with profanity, all they have to do is report you and enforcement take action.

The reputation system along with reporting is EXTREMELY flawed and easily abused.

in my opinion, I think that when Enforcement receive a report they should view the entire conversation and also look at what was happening in game to get all the facts as it does seem that many trolls/bullies abuse and exploit the system to get players comms
banned.

if Enforcement could review all the facts then they could remove the really toxic players from the gaming community.
