    The new enforcement change is rubbish


    I got a some guy sending me abusing messages so I replied to them saying jog on polite responses to his,so the next thing I know he has reported my messages and got me a 6 day ban the best part is he joined my mates party bragging he got me banned.The changes are wrong as the wrong person got banned it’s unfair

    Sorry to hear about the issue. No one in the forums can assist with any enforcement issues. Support is unable to assist either. If you feel the suspension was in error, you would need to submit a case review at https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/how-to-submit-a-case-review.

    Best advise for the next time some messages you something you don't agree with - report, block/mute and game on. Do not engage/interact with the user. The enforcement team does not tell users if a suspension was issued from a report, beyond a possible note that the report was looked into.
