The New Dashboard 11/4/2019

Hi I am trying to find out how I can get the new dashboard (which may only be for preview program members at this time) on what is now my main console. I am a preview member for almost three years now. I got the new dashboard on my old console (XBox One
which is now my Wife's) but I want it on my new console (XBox 1S) normally I get updates on mine first. Both consoles say their OS Version is (19h1_release_xbox_dev_1911.191028-1335) but like I said my wife's has the new dashboard and I don't. And another
difference is my System menu has General, Account, System, Devices and Streaming, Preferences and Ease of Access and my wife's has the full menu Account, Personalization, Network, System, Display & Sound, Devices & Streaming, Power & Startup, Preferences,
TV & OneGuide, Disc & Blu-ray and Ease of Access.

Any information and /or suggestion would be appreciated.

In my understanding the Dashboard experiment, A, B, C selection, is totally random.

As "Both consoles say their OS Version is (19h1_release_xbox_dev_1911.191028-1335)" your consoles are either in the Beta or Delta ring.

Both those rings and Omega ring are getting a preview update News release notes Beta Delta Omega
Insiders today, which you can manually start or wait until it becomes mandatory.

After you do the update, if you want to change rings, it will be the perfect time to change as all those rings will be on the same release. Subject to eligibility.

If it is showing up as the same OS version then it is possible that something may have gone wrong when it installed to your console. Have you attempted to maybe perform a factory reset while keeping games & apps to see if this prompts the update properly?

Resetting the console while keeping games and apps will remove all accounts from the console but will not remove any of the games or apps. Make sure you have your account login information if you go through this.

Consoles that are enrolled in the preview program and are Alpha Or Alpha Skip ahead are randomly chosen to get the new dashboard. If your console has not been chosen, then there is nothing that can be done to to give your console the new dashboard.
