hello this DAndre Banks on youe my vip upgrade offer I purchased 80 dollars worth of stuff when I purchased the rest of the amount needed on feb 28 at 11:30pm my pc my internet tv all said feb 28 but when I purchased the items I looked in my order history
and all those orders say maech when I didn't order them on march 1 don't care about all of the order showing up march but I want credited the amount I needed to make 100 to bring my vip up one level because on my end everything said feb 28 not march 1

Missing reward points

I had the same problem. Rewards haven't tracked that I'd gone over 75,000 gamerscore either to upgrade my VIP status.

FH2 Storm Island is pretty awesome

20$ or 10$ for VIP members

It is pretty much a $20 next gen open world rally game in and of itself, tons of events and new cars and new upgrades and more intense weather system.

The program runs off UTC (GMT) you will want to compare your timezone to UTC time, but if it is saying March 1st then you purchased it after the promotion expired as it would have been March 1st as far as the promotion is concerned.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the VIP Boost offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since both of your purchases were pre-orders, they did not qualify for this offer.

If you pre-order a title, it does not count for MyVip. It does not matter when it releases or how much time is remaining in the month. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions do not qualify for MyVip. So if you pre-ordered Sniper Elite to get
the $55 to pass $100 on MyVip that will not qualify.
