    The MS BlueRay has been having audio freezes with the StarWars series of movies; anyone else ...


    I think that this could be a problem with the decoder that you are using to decode the blue-ray movies with.

    This is the first time I've ever had a problem with the audio freezing, then a few seconds later it starts up again. The freeze lasts only about 4-10 seconds as timed; this could also be a script thats causing this as well, but I know its the app this time.
    Please see what you guys can find that could be causing this to happen and then get a fix out please. thanks for your support.

    Blyray player not working

    Anyone having video problems with the bluray player? I can play 4k media just fine with the new update with true DTS hd audio but now when I try and play a normal bluray movie I get audio but now video at all.....

    XBOX ONE plays Spiderman Far From Home with visually Impaired Voice Over

    I have returned to let anyone else know that it freezes after a few minutes regardless of whether or not I change the audio. It plays for a few minutes and then the "Movies & TV" app crashes. Will seek advice elsewhere.

    In reply to the Blueray Drive, yes the xbox one has it and it can play blueray movies.

    UHD Movie Rental will not stream

    I've been having the same issue. I also have a 200Mbps connection with 0% packet loss. My issue is my am able to start the UHD movie and but after 5 seconds the picture freezes and the audio keeps going. I know the issue has to be software related because
    I am unable see the "Movies and TV" menu any longer. I can't pause, fast forward, rewind, turn on or off closed captioning, etc. I have to hit the Xbox Button on the Controller and "Quit" the Movies and TV application to get it going again.

    When I attempt to watch another movie I own that is HD only, the movie plays perfect.

    Has anyone else had this issue? This issue occurs on my following UHD titles: IT, DUNKIRK, & WONDER WOMAN.

    Vudu and Amazon Video having problems since the New Xbox One Update. "Judder" or "Stutter" like effect when videos are playing on these two apps.

    When i'm watching a movie on my VUDU app it'll freeze every few minutes but the audio will keep playing. It'll start playing again like normal but in a minute or so it'll happen again. Also, the screen will go dark like the brightness has been turned down.
    The movie and audio keeps playing but it's hard to watch because the screen is so dark. PLease fix!
