THE MOST RIDICULOUS ISSUE. MICROSOFT, I AM *** OFF AND I DEMAND COMPENSATION.

Hello there. I shall try to keep this reserved.

Two days ago, my wireless Xbox One controller began glitching. By this I mean, it was as if all the buttons were being pressed simultaneously. I plugged my controller into my console and eventually tried updating the controller. The update failed. My controller
does not turn on, not wirelessly, nor while it is plugged in.

So my controller is broken, right?

I drove to Walmart and bought a BRAND NEW wireless controller with the play and charge kit. I got home. The new controller does not turn on, not even while being plugged in.

So I contacted MS. They sent me a BRAND NEW Xbox One. I just hooked it up. The EXACT same thing is happening with my 2 controllers. I turned on the Xbox, and all I see is a giant controller on my screen. None of my controllers are turning on, EVEN WHILE
PLUGGED IN.

I mean, is this a common problem? I don't think my tone is doing me justice. I am *** OFF. I work 8 hours a *** day. I come home to play 2 games of freaking NHL 15, and I can't because of some ridiculous issue like this!?

Where is the compensation, MS? An extra one month of Xbox Live?

I am at a total loss. Your support people don't have a clue what is wrong with my system/controllers. I demand a short term resolution to this...IMMEDIATELY.

I 100% agree and will never be buying digital again after this first terrible experience. Most everyone else has a hard copy I know and is playing now while I wait on a redownload because of Microsoft terrible store. They better offer something to people
who are affected as this is unacceptable when I spent $100 expecting to be able to play at 11:01 CST and here it is 1 am and still waiting.

I think Microsoft/Xbox needs to offer some sort of compensation for all our troubles!! This is ridiculous! This is a device and services/apps/games that we have PAID FOR and are unable to use!!!

 

Can I please have an answer from someone at MS? I don't feel like having a chat with your customer support reps for 2 hours. That resolves nothing. They have no idea what is wrong here. they tried every troubleshoot and ended up shipping me a new console
just for the same issue to happen again.

This is absolutely ridiculous. If I don't get any replies from a Mod/someone at MS, I am going to do everything I can to sully this stupid console's name.

I cannot believe the issue I am experiencing. This is pathetic. Next time you make a next gen console, make sure the controllers are compatible with the freaking console.

 

Your posts are going to likely not get much traction due to tone. Your best option is to contact support and get Tier 3 on the case.
