The microsoft store won't load

Please check if there are any updates needed:

1. Make sure that your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system> Settings > System > Updates.
   
3. Under Updates, you’ll see:
   
   • Console update available. Select this to begin your update, or
     
   • No console update available. This means your console is up to date.
     

If the console is already updated, try to turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console!

If the issue persists, I would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If the issue persists, try to soft reset your console!

I was trying to open Microsoft store but it just comes up with a black screen and stays there, can someone help?

Is it a brand new console you are using? If so, I had an update for the store before it would work for me

power cycling the Xbox One console and test your network connection speed.

My MW2 won't come back I even have the disc and it won't load. I've tried reinstalling it and microsoft store is asking me to pay for it again.

There have been a couple of updates for the store in the last couple of days. Go to "My Games & Apps" and check to see if there is an update for the store in there. For some reason I had to manually start it on one of my consoles, though the other downloaded
the update automatically.
