    MICROSOFT FIX IT!

    How isit made for gaming? at E3 and everything the Xbox One was previewed at all they mentioned was how well it watches tv and switches between apps? yeah they have improved graphic quality but you'd expect that from a next gen console but as far as contacting
    friends, seeing whos online, playing with friends and anything social that relates to gaming they havent gven ANY thought about what so ever.

    MICROSOFT FIX IT!

    a next gen 360 could have wiped playstation out. Can you imagine just a vamped up 360 that had all the apps, and all the features of x1 and played all games.

    They think that people would still be playing old games or something. I must have a collection of 1000 xbox and xbox 360 games and still always get to the midnight launch for new titles.

    At least make the arcade games transfer from xbox 360 to x1, that would be a start.

    problem ( cant add credit card ) help ! DESPERATING!

    Will somebody please figure this out, it's REALLY annoying not being able to add my credit card. Someone from microsoft should really fix this because the credit card is not the problem. PLEASE FIX THIS SO I DONT HAVE TO BUY A PREPAID CARD.

    its not up to Microsoft to fix it. You need to put in a ticket with Wild Card Studios, as they are the ones who MADE THE GAME. Just because Microsoft has it enhanced for X or even at all, does not mean they are able to fix it. so regardless of the issue,
    contact Wild Card.

    Yes... Tried drivers... and NO, it did NOT fix the problem.

    BTW...... Mine is an ATI card and not a GeForce card.

    IT is an EASY fix, if MICROSOFT would put 4 hours into it.

    HOW ???

    Update the internal database used by the XBOX APP that checks if the installed video card is on the list of compatible cards for video recording.

    BTW.. the cards in question ARE listed as BEING COMPATIBLE, but they are not LISTED internally.

    Soo.... the XBOX APP is denying access to the RECORDING options.

    It happens occasionally with credit card info on Xbox. Call Microsoft and they can fix your situation. Whether they fix the code, or just deal with your payment over the phone

    i think I just figured out why this happens...it has to do with the authentication of the credit card/debit card,that I had too many times declined by Microsoft, I will just get a new debit card and see if that fixes it!!!
