The message that had my Preview Program code got deleted, is there any way that I could get it ...

Like the title says, I've had it sitting in my inbox for a while and I decided to go back and get it after coming back from a vacation, but when I went to my messages they were all gone. Do they get deleted after a certain amount of time?, or was it some
kind of glitch?, can I get another?

My Xbox messages got deleted and i had a 1 month gold code for completing quests in it. Is there any way to get that back?

 

I Still Havent Gotten My Preview Notification

I was invited to the preview program and I accepted the invite but I never got the message. Is there any way that I could get the message resent to me? Thanks.

Okay, I went into the Support Chat and the Microsoft Rep said messages get deleted after 30 days, which I never knew, and linked me back here (the Xbox Forums) to ask for a replacement code.

Is this the gamertag that you got your preview invite on? If not, please do post up the gamertag for that invite. If it is, please continue on to the steps we want you to try.

Do you happen to still have your 360 console? We'd like you to move your ImDaBebes account over to a USB drive if you do have one so you have a back up. After that, we'd like you to
remove your profile on your One console and then add it back on again. Please let me know the results of that.

If you do not have a 360 console, then we'd like you to try to download your ImDaBebes account onto someone else's Xbox One, but do not delete the one on your personal console. Please do post up the
results of this.

Additionally, we're wondering if you have any payment options on this account. I do see that it's a free account, but if you have any credit/debit cards or any prepaid codes that you may have redeemed on it, we'd like to know. I
do not want you to post up the information, only "yes or no" if you do have a credit or debit card, or have a prepaid code still that you have already redeemed on here.
