    I just logged into my Microsoft account and wanted to change my name in the X Box settings. So called "tag".

    - "Select a new gamertag".

    I did all the button presses and got a negative result. My browser is Firefox, does not open the page:

    Is your site not working in Mozilla's browser?

    It's easier for me, in this case, not to use your games at all.

    I can imagine what awaits me in the games through your X-Box, if you cannot even disable spying and collection of personal data about the guest's browser on your website.

    A free change is only given if you were given a randomly generated tag when you created your account and are changing that tag for the first time. If the account you're posting from is the one you're trying to change, it does not have a randomly generated
    tag so you technically did already use your change.

    thanks for your quick response.

    First of all i did the factory reset you mentioned.

    It is x box one.

    And unfortunatelly the connection via cable does not work neither. x box dotects it, but even when i try to go through the 5 steps like unplug the power from the router for 30 seconds or change settings to set up a manual IP address it simply does not work.
