The MCC Halo 3 ODST campaign code - Please help

I made a post regarding a code for the Halo 3 ODST campaign for users who played the MCC from 11/11/14 - 12/19/14 (which I never received, hence the post). I was told to sign into the account which played the game in that time period and make a new post
with that account to receive the code. I made that new post (account name MrButter93) but haven't received any help. Please help me.

Missing unused code

I received a code for halo 3: Odst campaign edition for the MCC and it's no longer in my messages, is there any way that I can get the code re-sent?

 

Halo MCC: ODST

I preordered halo the MCC and I never got my code for the free odst campaign. I still have my preordered receipt and I played the game during the time required to receive the free odst campaign.
