The Massive New Problem

Today Ive lost faith in xbox entirely. To put this rediculous situation into perspective, I first have to tell you about the game i play primarily, for honor. On this game i only play the 1v1 game mode where your exact latency
and playstyle matter to the fun of the game. This new enforcement policy where you recieve an instant knock to your rep has taken away the only possible way to talk about the in game mechanics and the community. Because of this Ive apprently received enough
reports from other players (its quite common that people get incredibly angry and vindictive on that game) and now my reputation has dropped from completely fine to avoid me in under a week. I went to check my reputation on the site after the system actively
prevented me from playing red dead redemption 2 online. I checked every page and every tab but i could not find anything that told me why my rep was dropping. I didn’t even have a ban nor have i had one since december 2nd last year. So I decided to call support
to find out and i had the worst experience ever where 2 agents and one manager told me to just go back and read the page about rep dropping and how to raise it again and again. However, none or the games that i play except for RDR2 give me the capability to
do things that restore my rep. Not to mention that the site says that i will start to be put with other lowest rep players, which i have to ask, how am i supposed to be cordial and play nice when I’m only stuck with other toxic players? Upon asking them this,
they simply told me that they dont know and that i should go ask the forum admin as he would know more. So if i could get one bit do information from ANYBODY on what I’m supposed to do because I’m this close to closing my account of 10 years because it’s near
unplayable. I’m not gonna pay you people $60 dollars a year to ban me and put me with toxic players and not even give me an example or an alert to know what I did wrong. This has been so stupid.

You can find information about the rep system here, but as stated, it's nothing new. This version of it has been around since the One was released.

There is no "new enforcement policy"

A "Ban" comes when you break the rules. Your rep is fully separate then a ban.

To get out of avoid me you need to play with others and not have reported filed on you. IF you are finding a certain game has a toxic community then you might need to remove yourself from that game.

No matte where you play games there will be toxic sub groups you will just need to avoid them.

There are a few free online games you can play to help your rep and interact with others. But liked stated above if For Honor is that toxic that it did that much damage to your rep with you doing nothing then you might need to remove yourself from that game
mode.

For your rep to drop that far and fast in a week means one of two things. You caused the reports to happen or that one game made is so toxic it needs to be avoided like the plague.

To reiterate my fellow ambassadors - there is no “new” system in place. If you find yourself in a toxic situation it would be best to remove yourself from it and move on

It must be new because in all of my years of playing ive never had a problem like this and my rep has never dropped below needs work. And now you are actively telling me to stop playing a game just because people might report me and you guys have NO WAY
to filter reports that are good or not. On a game where people will actively message you and report you for using a move that they dont particularly like. And your advice is just quit playing the game you payed for because we dont protect you from getting
banned when dealing with trolls. Ho boy, I cant wait for people to start finding out more about this because this is literalu gonna sterilize and kill so many game communities. This is the stupidest thing ive dealt with in years
