The manual buttons are not working

Hi there,

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

If that also doesn't work as any other manual actions that you mentioned, try disconnected the power from the console for at least 2 minutes and then reconnected it to see if the manual operations on the console work or not.

If they don't work then I suggest setting up a repair request for the console, when setting that up it will also show if the console is still within warranty or not.

I looked it up on Bing. A button tells you to download the manual. Does this work for you?

Hold back button and manually take the mask off. If that doesnt work then change it in your closet at your home. One of these should work.

If the eject button does not work you can manually open it. Remove the face plate, on the left or right side is a pin hole, use a paper clip to press into it to manually eject the disc tray.

I sign in manually using the guide button , still get the "This one works" message now and then but just press B to back up and sign in manually again , works for me without all the faf of putting in phone numbers and alternate e-mail addresses.
