    Hello everyone! I am physically located at Germany and I cannot use the Game Pass cloud service. I used to play since the 12.2019 with the beta xcloud by using VPN but now the release meant a stop of the service for me. Tried with VPN as well but no luck.
    I just receive a message saying that the location im in may have cloud gaming restriction. Tried also to to change the location in the Game Pass android app but the application is crashing when I try to. As I said I'm physically located in Germany I use a
    samsung galaxy tab s7 plus and a galaxy note 10 plus. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Niklos.

    Xcloud gaming is supported in Germany. Make sure NOT to go through a VPN when using Microsoft Services, to try to bypass region restrictions.

    That would be due to your account region not matching your geoip

    So if you were using uk to gwt around regjon locks and you arent in uk that would be why you must manage your region under my accoint on this website

    As vpns are a violation of the terms of use we cant help you with vpn issues

    And its an issue with your vpn

    Not using the vpn and matching your geoip to your account solves your problem

    Thanks for the answer. I know that it is supported in Germany but I still receive the same cloud restriction on both of my devices. Without a VPN or with a VPN I get the same notice. Regards.

    I'm not sure where you're located but are there may be a region restrictions on the game you're trying to purchase.

    Sounds like you may have changed the save location settings - USB stick / HDD / Cloud.

    Or just deleted the save game.
