The light was blinking now my xbox doesn't work

Make sure that your console has the latest system update. You can do this by going to "Settings" and then "System" and selecting "Updates".

Check to see if there are any updates available for the games you are trying to play. You can check for updates by going to "My games & apps" and then selecting "Updates".

Check your internet connection. A slow or unstable connection can cause issues with loading content in games.

Make sure your console is properly ventilated and not overheating. If your console is in a confined space or covered by something, this could cause it to overheat and cause issues.

Try unplugging your console for at least one minute and then plugging it back in. This can help reset the system and potentially fix any issues.

If none of these steps help, request repair

It does light up in 2 of the usb ports the other one is trash. I also noticed that it doesn't light up immediatly when I turn on my xbox and it goest straight to a blinking greend light.

Yesterday, my headset turned on randomly, as I described above - I had to get far away from my Xbox and Wi-Fi signal to get the linking process to work. Before that, though, it just didn't work - the white diode would light up, stay on for a couple of seconds, and then turn off.

Now I'm trying to turn it back on - again the white diode lights up, doesn't blink, a couple of seconds of light - and the headset turns off.

Now my headset has the update 0.0.9.50 - after this update, I started having problems with the device.

I also have same problem "after update", my chat pad's oran light keep blinking. but this xbox app still show's nothing to update. Game pad working fine but chat pad doesn't working after update this stupid firmware!!!

same issue here on my end. xbox elite controller was updating then it closed out then prompted me to redo the update it finished and orange light kept blinking. tried 3.5mm controller update went through no issue but light still blinking. controllers work
no problem but chatpad still not working. if it helps i did it over wireless on elite and usb with 3.5mm controller. hopefully op has a fix by now not finding anything on youtube about this.
