    The left stick on all my controllers keep breaking


    Can you please advise what is being done at Microsoft to resolve this issue, as it sounds like one big cover up which is going to get worse the longer you leave it. All i keep reading is people selling their XBox One's in exchange for playstations and
    it seems absurd that i have to go through the same ordeal just to play a game or 2 of Fifa a week. I paid a lot of hard earned cash for my console,just to play one game and your controllers are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! I am on my 3rd controller and the last one
    broke within a ew hours of use. The only way i can play Fifa is to use the old Xbox 360, which the controllers are still working for after many years of use.

    Your response tactics in the forums is like watching a politician swerving a question and so obvious and laughable, which further irritates your customers that you still have left. I would appreciate as straight an answer as you can give. is there a new
    controller coming out that is fit for purpose and will you be replacing the current (not fit for purpose) controllers?

    About the Elite Controller...

    I have had mine since Launch and its fine. Although My Day one controller and my Titanfall controller are all fine though also.

    I rarely get a faulty controller, or break them. Maybe I dont play enough?

    But if you are worried about the left stick just move that action to one of the paddles. This way you wont be abusing the left stick.

    @ArfElas 3512 I have been looking into the Elite controller - our controllers keep having the left stick break where it keeps the 'drifting' the curser/arrow/gun or whatever the game uses that stick for.

    I was thinking that maybe with that controller I would be able to fix it myself by replacing the stick but I am not sure if the issue is in the stick itself or the mechanism that is controlling the stick.

    What is your thought...

    Xbox one faulty controller (left analogue stick)

    I'm on my 4th controller, seriously. I have had my xbox 360 controllers for years, never ever had this much trouble. The left stick breaks off inside, not enough to quit functioning completely, but enough that I can't always run when I want in COD. something
    in the left stick breaks off. there is plastic loose in my controllers (I have 2 that have the problem currently)

    The things are too overpriced to risk breaking them! The only thing I've had to replace is a controller because the left stick was starting to track to the left, affecting my gameplay.

    This is the third controller I exhanged this week. playing NHL the left analog sticks break and come look when pushing to the right. Excuse my language but how is this not *** fixed yet? I bought original wireless controllers, payed 10 more for Dusk Shadow
    all the same *** design flaw on the left stick. Ridiculous. I will probably have returned 10 more in the next two weeks or so.

    Same problem here. Im on my third controller with a broken left stick. Bought the console on launch day and iv probably played 20-30 hours because the controller keeps breaking and im not spending another cent in case i get the same issues on a new control.
    As if the console wasn't expensive enough the controller is terrible quality
