    Hi,

    The LB button of my Xbox One controller does not click anymore. I got to smash it hard to make it click. It's very annoying.

    I would like my device to be fixed or replaced. I bought it on Amazon.fr on march 2016, i got the bill and the original box.

    I live in Paris, France. What should i do to get a RMA number or to bring it to your repair service center?

    yes its just the LB button its not working at all. the rest of the controller actually works just the that one button that does not work.

    The bumper buttons

    If I click equally on the rb and the lb, the one bumper says a click while the other doesnt. The RB says a click instantly when I press it and it reacts at once.

    However, the LB doesnt say click, and only reacts when I press the button completely down. I f I lift my finger a little bit, the button slips.
