    The last xbox app for PC breaks it


    After getting nagged by the xbox app for PC to update to the latest version I finally did so but that completely broke the app. When I start it now it get black screen for few secs then it turns to completely white and unresponsive. At this point its not using any PC resources or internet and I can't close it. I have to use the task manager to kill it.



    Very frustrating as the much older version worked fine.

    Anyone use Xbox app on PC?

    All my chat history is gone except from the last few days of chat.

    Everything is ok on Xbox app Beta, Phone app and Console.
    So how come my chat history is missing on Xbox-app on PC, but everything ok on Xbox-app Beta on PC, Phone-app, Console and Xbox Game Bar? Only Xbox-app is missing chat history. Happened after last update.

    I can use Xbox-app Beta until the issue has been solved, but prefer the usual Xbox-app on PC.

    Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

    Hey Steve! All of the Quantum Break codes are redeemable on an Xbox One but they are all intended for a PC download of Quantum Break. When you install Quantum Break on the PC do you get an specific error codes or messages?
