    Someone posted a link to get to the chat in one of the other posts below but having tried this then waited over an hour for a technical expert to come back to me basically told that we have to give it until at least Friday for this to be sorted. Not impressed

    There's a way to get around it if you want to. Use the extra spaces by pressing the space bar or adding X's on each side. It leaves no space for numbers.
