The key RB to my XboxOne controller stops working

I play when suddenly the RB button will stop working , he work 1 out of 10 if that is very unpleasant with games like Dying light ect ...Thank you for your help and your understanding and sry for my English.

The Truth and Reconciliation: The brig console activation button opens the Store. Game stops

On the 3rd level, after getting on the ship and beating the 2 hunters and finding the brig. We're supposed to open the prison doors by using RB on the raised platform, but that doesn't work in my game. When I press RB on the controller the game stops and
opens the Xbox/Microsoft Store and wants me to purchase some product that is free.

How can I get around this to continue the game? Do I have some key mapped wrong in my settings?

What do I do?

The controller was great until recently, there has been an issue with RB not registering then registering twice, now RB just stopped working and the controller doesn't work, many people have also had this problem and I am disappointed. The durability on
the controller is not satisfactory at all.

Just some minutes ago the B button stopped working. And when i resynced the controller the B Button worked ! But the RB And the Y Button is still not responding.

If the controller RB button has stopped working you will probably need to either send the controller back to
Microsoft for service or purchase a replacement controller.

I am an avid bf4 player on the xbox one, I spam the spot button(RB) as I play and two days after using my controller it just stopped working, I had a backup controller, and that ones RB broke as well, this is a fault in the controllers I believe and Im currently
working on getting them replaced. I really hope they start fixing this because anyone that play BF4 the way I do will surely understand.
